I’m not just a developer – I’m a passionate tinkerer and have been flying for over 32 years. As a licensed private pilot (PPL-A), I combine hands-on flying experience with deep technical understanding. I’m currently building my own Pietenpol Air Camper, officially registered with the OUV (Oskar Ursinus Association).

Angel Aero Design was born from this blend of practical experience and technical know-how – a company focused on smart, hands-on solutions in design, engineering, and custom manufacturing. I create CAD constructions, technical drawings, Ecomuni schematics, and 3D models. Using 3D printing, parts can be checked for fit, function, and design before production and individually optimized. Manufacturing is flexible – from milled templates and precise individual parts to more complex components made of wood or metal.

 

In my workshop, I use custom-built test machines for tensile, bending, and compression testing. The Darr method for accurate moisture measurement in wood is also part of the standard quality control process. A key part of my work is thorough documentation: Workshop reports and technical records are provided as standard – clearly structured and transparent for inspectors, from the first sketch to the finished part.

 

I’m supported by a strong network: an experienced aircraft mechanic, an aviation engineer, and a certified materials tester are part of my extended team. This allows me to offer reliable and well-founded solutions – even for complex technical challenges.
